Email support

[email protected]

A real person reads every message, usually within 2 business days. To get a faster answer, please include your device model (e.g. iPhone 14), your iOS version, and the app version (iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → ColorPath).

2How to play

ColorPath is a color-matching puzzle. Every level gives you a board of target colors and a tray of paths.

  1. Pick a path from the tray. It pops up, ready to place.
  2. Trace it on the board — drag across 4 connected tiles. Paths bend around corners.
  3. Match the target — fill the board so every placed tile matches its target color.

The same three steps are always available inside the game: tap How to play on the home screen.

3Remove Ads

ColorPath is free and ad-supported. Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that turns ads off for good. It does not unlock levels or content — every level is free either way. You'll find it in Settings → Remove Ads.

4I paid, but the ads came back

This is almost always a reinstall or a new device. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to the install, so it can be restored for free:

  1. Open Settings in ColorPath.
  2. Tap Remove Ads.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase — a different Apple ID has no record of it. If restore still doesn't bring it back, email [email protected] with your App Store receipt (Apple emails one for every purchase) and we'll sort it out.

5Refunds

All ColorPath purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. If Apple's decision looks wrong to you, write to us anyway and we'll do what we can.

6Ads and your choices

Ads in ColorPath are non-personalized by default, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Players in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland see Google's consent form before ads load; players in applicable US states see the relevant notice and choices.

To change or withdraw a consent choice, email [email protected] and we'll walk you through it. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security. Buying Remove Ads stops ads entirely.

Full details are in the ColorPath Privacy Policy.

7Progress and data

ColorPath has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress and settings are stored on your device only. That means two things worth knowing:

  • Deleting the app deletes your progress, and it can't be recovered — there's no copy on our side to restore from.
  • Progress does not transfer to a new device. The Remove Ads purchase does, because Apple keeps that record — see section 4.

8Accessibility and comfort

  • Color-blind play. Settings → Marker style adds a second, non-color cue to every color. The colors themselves stay the same.
  • Sound, Music, and Haptics are three independent toggles in Settings — turn off any of them without losing the others.
  • 3D paths can be switched off in Settings for a flatter, lower-contrast board.

9Report a bug or suggest something

Bug reports are welcome and we do read all of them. The most useful ones tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus the level number and a screenshot if you have one. Send it to [email protected].

10Requirements

ColorPath requires iOS 17.0 or later on iPhone. It plays fully offline; a network connection is only used to load ads and to check for the small settings file described in the privacy policy.
